૦૧-૮-૨૦૧૮ નો સરકારનો જે વિવાદિત પરિપત્ર હતો તે ગુજરાત હાઇકોર્ટ દ્વારા રદ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.કોર્ટ દ્વારા સ્પષ્ટ નિર્દેશ અપાયા છે કે ૩૩ ટકા અનામત જ મહિલાઓને આપવાનું છે તે ૩૩ ટકામાં જ એસટી,એસસી,સામાજિક પછાત સહિતની તમામ મહિલાઓનો સમાવેશ કરવાનો છે.
